Rental Requirements & Fees

Deposit - $200

Building Rental Fee - $1,300

Insurance - $115-$165

Event Staff - $25 per hour

Licensed Security - $25 per hour per guard

Prior Day Setup Fee - $200 (9:00am-3:00pm)

Same Day Setup Fee - $75 (building opens at 9:00am)

Concession Stand Rental Fee: $175

Cancellation Fee: 

Cancellation will automatically forfeit 50% of the deposit. 

Cancellation within 90 days before the event date will forfeit the total deposit.
