YQCA - Youth for the Quality Care for Animals Certification
California Department of Food and Agriculture, Fairs and Expositions requires all livestock exhibitors to complete the Youth for the Quality Care for Animals Program.
This is a web-based program each exhibitor can do at home. Proof of competition will be required with entry submission. Cavy, dog and primary members do not need to complete YQCA certification.
