The Kings Fair Foundation was formed in February 2014. The Kings Fair Foundation is dedicated to supporting the financial stability of the Kings Fair and assures, its buildings and grounds, remains sustainable for many years to come. Due to the State budget cuts in 2010 that cut 100% of CA Fairs funding, the Fair industry has been hit hard and struggling to maintain its facilities for local communities. Many of the smaller Fairs have had to close their doors. Our fairgrounds lost up to $165,000 in annually funding. The Kings Fairgrounds has the privilege to be in a fantastic community that understands the importance of their local fairgrounds and the year round events it supports.
Our Kings Fairgrounds is the home to hundreds of community events, such as, dairy shows, car shows, quinceaneras, business banquets, 4-H/FFA shows, Kings Speedway, dog shows, roller derby, weddings, RV rallies, school and community fundraisers, to name a few. Now is the time for us all to join in the fight and save our fairgrounds.
Don't forget to support our foundation by making a donation or purchasing a Kings Fair Foundation hat or shirt at our annual Kings Fair or Foundation Events!
